Antifas, as confused as they are about history and public affairs, perform remarkable contortions when they conflate the pro-life movement and Christianity with fascism and the ridiculous dystopian novel, The Handmaid’s Tale.
The loopy comparisons came from Refuse Fascism chapters in southern California in advance of an appearance by Students for life of America President Kristan Hawkins, appearing as part of her “Lies Feminists Tell” tour.
Spinning out of control, Refuse Fascism declared: “The anti-choice agenda being pushed by Trump/Pence and their fascist movement is nothing less than preparing for the ground for a real-life ‘Handmaid’s Tale,’ with women completely enslaved and subordinated to a patriarchal order.” Hawkins was labeled a “Christian-fascist” who spews “anti-women poison.” Furthermore, the group stated: “In the name of humanity, we refuse to accept a fascist America! Drive the fascists off campus AND out of the white house! (sic) ”
A note: One of the features of fascism is the forcible suppression of opposition. Will the antifas wear brown shirts as the drive pro-life speakers off campus?
